Lindsey Aitken is the managing partner at Aitken Campbell Heikaus Weaver. Prior to forming ACHW, Lindsey represented plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases for over 10 years. In addition to litigating employment law cases, she continues to consult on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She is active in many bar associations, including the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, where she is currently a member of the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, California Association of Consumer Attorneys, and is the Immediate Past-President of the Celtic Bar Association.

She received her law degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2001, where she graduated cum laude. She received a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton in 1998.
